ORIGIN: South and East Africa

TYPE: Clumping evergreen perennial with stiff, leathery, lance-like
leaves up to 2' tall. Flower stalks can reach up to 4' tall

WATER: Regular irrigation however once established are
drought           tolerant.

LIGHT: Light, dappled shade to full sun.

COLD TOLERANCE: Zones 8 - 10

FLOWER: White with lavender and yellow markings, 3"

SEASON OF BLOOM: All warm months; nearly year 'round in Central
Florida.

USES: Foundation plantings, borders, ground cover, container.

OTHER: Previously classified in the genus morea however plants in
that genus are not rhizomatous.
